Sales Lead

A rare opening at the top of our creative practice. The Creative Director will set the standard for creative output across brand, digital, and motion leading a team of 8 designers and working directly with the founding partners on new business and studio positioning.

You'll review and elevate work across all departments, lead pitches, and occasionally take the reins on landmark projects yourself. We're looking for someone with 10+ years of creative experience, at least 3 in a leadership role, and a portfolio that genuinely stops people mid-scroll.

You should have strong opinions about craft, be a generous mentor, and understand that the best creative directors make everyone around them better.
